Keep your personal and private account at different Gmail because it will keep all emails on both accounts in a single inbox, it may confuse you and mix up your all emails.
Step-1. Login to Gmail Account
Open Gmail and login into your default Gmail account in which you want to configure this new email id.
Step-2: Click on the setting located at upper right corner (Gear symbol) and go to settings
Step-3: Go to Accounts and Import
In Accounts and Import section several options are located such as change account settings, change password, import email and contacts, grant access and add additional storage.
Step-4: In Account and Imports > Click on Add Another email address
Step-5: Then New Popup will get opened, and you can see there “Add another email address you own”.
Step-6: Configure your third-party email account configurations and click on add account.
Step-7: Verify your third-party email id with a code sent to your email id or by link received on same.
Step-8: Gmail will send one verification code and link, verify using code or link to register your account.
After verification, your account added successfully to Gmail, You can make it default, edit details and also you can delete it easily.
Now you can see 2 email ids in your Gmail compose window, one is your Gmail default and another one is your private email id.
Now you can use your third-party email id default in Gmail to send and receive emails.
All emails received in that account (third party) will be seen in your Gmail panel.

Gmail settings for outlook
